Appointment information

When you request an appointment, we collect the contact details and appointment preferences you choose to provide, such as your name, mobile number, optional email, department, date, session and any message you write. Staff use these details to manage your request and contact you about appointments.

Our booking form is not a secure medical-record upload facility. Please do not send prescriptions, examination reports, photographs of medical records or other sensitive clinical information through its free-text field.

Optional WhatsApp communications

We offer two separate, optional choices: (1) WhatsApp messages about your own appointment, and (2) occasional general clinic updates and permitted promotional messages. Neither choice is required to request an appointment. Consent to appointment contact does not automatically include consent to marketing.

If you opt in, we record your choice and the time it was made. Messages may be handled through WhatsApp and its approved service providers. We do not intentionally include diagnoses, prescriptions or other clinical details in generic WhatsApp appointment confirmations or marketing messages. Messages are not automatically enabled simply because you book online.

To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to a message or contact the clinic using the details below. You may request that we withdraw an optional WhatsApp contact permission without affecting an existing appointment. We will honour opt-outs for future promotional communication, subject to applicable requirements.

Storage and access

Booking and preference data are stored using secured business software and made accessible to authorised clinic staff and service providers who support appointment handling. We limit access to information needed for clinic operations. We retain records as necessary for legitimate operations, security, and applicable legal obligations.
