FAQ

Good questions, straight answers

Everything patients usually ask before their first visit.

Visiting the clinic

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?+

Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, though booking ahead usually means less waiting. Sunday runs on booked appointments only, so please call or book online first. Note that eye consultations are evenings only, Monday to Saturday.

What should I bring for my first visit?+

Any previous prescriptions, reports or X-rays if you have them, your current spectacles (for eye visits), and a list of medications you take. Nothing else is required.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) and all major debit/credit cards.

Is parking available?+

Two-wheeler parking is available near the clinic. For cars, street parking is usually available nearby — the clinic is also a short walk from Khairatabad Metro Station.

Dental questions

Will my dental treatment hurt?+

Local anaesthesia is used for procedures like fillings, root canal treatment and extractions, and most patients feel pressure rather than pain. Everyone experiences it differently — tell the dentist if anything is uncomfortable and it will be addressed before continuing.

Do milk teeth cavities really need treatment?+

Yes. Untreated cavities in milk teeth cause pain, infection, and can damage the permanent teeth developing underneath. Early treatment is quick and protects your child's future smile.

How often should I get my teeth cleaned?+

Every 6 months for most people. If you have gum disease, diabetes, or braces, your dentist may recommend more frequent visits.

Eye care questions

Will my eyes be dilated? Can I drive afterwards?+

For a comprehensive exam or retina check, yes — dilating drops blur near vision for 2–4 hours. Please avoid driving immediately after; bring someone with you or plan accordingly.

I have diabetes but my vision is fine. Do I still need an eye check?+

Yes — once a year, without exception. Diabetic retinopathy causes no symptoms in its early, most treatable stages. An annual dilated exam is the only way to catch it in time.

At what age should children have their first eye exam?+

At least one full eye examination before age 5, earlier if you notice squinting, an eye turning, or the child sitting very close to screens. Vision problems caught early are far easier to correct.
